Job Description:

• Review and reconciledaily revenue reports, promptly identifying and escalating any unreconciled variances.
• Accurately and timely post all bank transactions into the accounting software (Sage).
• Ensure the timely and precise posting of daily revenue reports into the system.
• Supervise and verify the posting of all petty cash vouchers into Sage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process WHT deductions and ensure timely remittance to the appropriate tax authorities.
• Coordinate the reconciliation of consumables vendors’ accounts in collaboration with the Procurement Officer.
• Participate in and support the monthly stock count process to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in posting all foreign exchange (FX) transactions and ensure proper recognition of FX differentials
