We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Manage preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable/receivable.
- Record, reconcile, and track financial transactions, including donations, grants, contracts, and expenses.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure financial accounts balance.
- Prepare periodic financial reports (e.g., balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss).
- Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, receipts, payroll records, and other financial documents.
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, meeting support, etc.
