Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Finance Officer to anchor the fiscal engine of our Ikeja operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the tax filing success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize financial transactions with the clinical precision required for Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and ERP Management. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a BSc holder with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (reconciling accounts and processing invoices) with the "Strategic Agility" required to assist in budgeting and forecasting using QuickBooks

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Compliance Governance

• Tax Sovereignty: Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Withholding Tax (WHT) compliance with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Safety."

• Record Architecture: Manage financial records and accounts using QuickBooks or similar ERP software, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal transparency.

• Integrity Stewardship: Process payments and invoices with clinical precision, ensuring the "Source of Transaction Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reporting Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Carry out rigorous account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, acting as the primary "Source of Data Correctness."

• Forecasting Architecture: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing the "Functional Foundation" for future-proofed financial planning.

• Reporting Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity financial reports for management review, maintaining the "Source of Operational Insight."

3. Operational Integrity & Systems Power

• ERP Sovereignty: Utilize QuickBooks to streamline financial workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Accuracy."

• Analytical Architecture: Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business expenses and revenue trends, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cost-optimization.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of accounting experience to accelerate the month-end closing and tax remittance cycles, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

• Domain Mastery: Deep knowledge of Nigerian Tax Laws (specifically PIT and WHT).
