Job Description:
- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.
- Oversee collection and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and expense management.
- Engage with auditors to resolve audit queries across all functions.
- Ensure compliance with local finance laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Drive productivity through process automation and digitization.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare schedules and generate timely weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with group offices or other functions as required.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ERP accounting systems (Orion is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the building materials, cement, ceramics, or glass manufacturing sector preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional qualification: ICAN (mandatory).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
