Job Description:

• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support ongoing and prospective investment activities.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial projections, and periodic financial statements.
• Oversee compliance with internal controls, support audit processes, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics across portfolio companies and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodity price fluctuations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ICAN, ACCA, or CFA charter holder preferred.
• 5 - 8 years experience in financial management or investment finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and IFRS.
