Job Description:

• Responsible for monthly/quarterly close process through to financial statement preparation and reporting
• Analyze business results and prepare appropriate financial statements to describe those results
• Responsible for the reconciliations of all FilmHouse bank accounts.
• Responsible for managing shared costs between FilmHouse and its related parties.
• Responsible for the postings of all employee costs.
• Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Responsible with all postings outside the direct functions allotted to separate individuals.
• Responsible for the management of the Data Master File.
• Full management and coordination of FilmHouse Report.
• Evaluate and implement processes for efficiency and automation; work with operational team to find workable solutions
• Process owner, external audit FilmHouse

Requirements:

• Accounting or Financial Management Degree
• Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN)/ACCA
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Odoo, Sage)
• Data Accuracy
• Data Management
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Good presentation skills
• Leadership skills.
