Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Finance Assistant to anchor the documentation engine of our operations. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the audit-readiness and the precision of the budget coding success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize physical invoices with the clinical precision required for SAGA Accountancy, Project Allocation, and Monthly Closures. This role is designed for a "Documentation Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance who can blend "Meticulous Grit" (conscientiously filing and reclassifying invoices) with the "Technical Agility" required to detect coherence errors between physical records and digital files.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Quality Governance

• Invoice Sovereignty: Check all invoices upon reception to confirm amounts and coherence with SAGA, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Accuracy."

• Allocation Architecture: Verify accounting, project, and budget codes against PRs and allowance requests, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accurate project tracking.

• Integrity Stewardship: Prepare detailed reports of missing invoices or amount discrepancies for the Finance Officer, ensuring the "Source of Audit Readiness" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Archival Logic

• Verification Sovereignty: Re-validate all invoices post-closure for every budget line and contract, acting as the primary "Source of Data Validation."

• Documentation Architecture: Execute the conscientious filing, photocopying, and reclassification of original and split documents, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional memory.

• Dispatch Stewardship: Finalize the packaging and labeling of original files for transmission to the capital, maintaining the "Source of Secure Data Flow."

3. Operational Integrity & Technical Power

• Accuracy Sovereignty: Correct errors in invoices and reconcile Excel files with accountancy records, acting as the primary "Source of Error Mitigation."
