Job Description:
- Active Support for Rural People's Initiative (ASURPI) with funding from CBM International will implement the BMZ-Transitional Development Aid funded Project in Kebbi State, towards strengthening the resilience of vulnerable households in selected communities of Zuru, Fakai and Shanga LGA's.
Requirements:
- The Finance and admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to resilience strengthening and inclusive life initiatives in the region, ensuring that interventions meet required targets and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics and 3+ years of experience as a Finance & Admin Officer in development work or similar
- Experience working with accounting softwares, like QuickBooks.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions).
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
- Time-management and organization skills
- Confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
