Job Description:

We are looking for high-energy, target-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team and drive user acquisition for the Shuttlers platform. If you are a natural closer who thrives in the field and has a track record in fast-paced sectors like Fintech, FMCG, or Telecoms, this role offers you the perfect platform to make an impact. You will be on the front lines of our market expansion, responsible for acquiring new riders, increasing route occupancy, and building local affiliate networks in key territories.

Requirements:

  • Customer Acquisition: Execute aggressive on-ground sales activities to drive app downloads, ride bookings, and wallet funding.

  • Affiliate Development: Identify and build sustainable partnerships with local affiliates to grow our user base.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive subscription sales (weekly/monthly) and ensure target route occupancy is consistently met.

  • Platform Onboarding: Educate new riders on the value proposition of Shuttlers and guide them through the sign-up and funding process.

  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely daily and weekly reports to management.

  • Territory Penetration: Participate in strategic market penetration initiatives to establish Shuttlers as the preferred choice in your assigned territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree. (NYSC members and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Experience: A proven background in high-velocity field sales (e.g., Fintech/Agent Banking, FMCG/Trade Marketing, Telecoms, or Solar distribution). Please note: Logistics or administrative backgrounds are not a match for this specific sales role.
