We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products, both healthcare and non-healthcare products, to people within an assigned territory.
  • The role involves building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Increase product penetration within the assigned territory
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
  • Gather and report market data to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess an HND/OND in Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary

N120,000 / Month Plus Incentives
