Job Description:
We are seeking 10 high-velocity and structurally elite Field Sales Executives to anchor the customer acquisition engine of our logistics operations. In a specialized urban landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the "street" and the precision of the neighborhood network success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize mobile sales efforts (paired with a Rider) with the clinical precision required for Target Attainment and Brand Visibility. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with an OND qualification and 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (navigating high-traffic hubs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to communicate our value proposition in both English and Pidgin.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Hub Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Drive customer acquisition across specific neighborhoods (Ajah/Lekki or Festac/Mile 2), acting as the primary "Source of Market Share."
Mobility Architecture: Partner effectively with a designated Rider to maximize field coverage, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-visibility marketing.
Integrity Stewardship: Represent the logistics brand with millimetric focus in the field, ensuring the "Source of Professional Reliability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Conversion Sovereignty: Identify and secure new customers in a fast-paced environment, acting as the primary "Source of Lead Transformation."
Target Architecture: Consistently meet and exceed sales benchmarks to unlock commission tiers, providing the "Functional Foundation" for hub profitability.
Communication Stewardship: Utilize fluency in English and Pidgin to engage diverse stakeholders, maintaining the "Source of Relational Value."
3. Operational Integrity & Residency Power
Local Sovereignty: Utilize deep knowledge of your resident hub (Island or Mainland) to navigate logistical challenges, acting as the primary "Source of Tactical Agility."
Execution Architecture: Maintain a disciplined onsite presence within your assigned territory, providing the "Relational Foundation" for consistent neighborhood presence.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of field experience to resolve sales abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Business Throughput" in Lagos.
Qualifications and Skills:

Location Strictness: You MUST reside in or very close to your chosen hub:
