Job Description:
We are seeking a scientifically literate, commercially aggressive, and operationally rigorous Field Sales Executive to anchor the client-acquisition engine and technical-advisory arm of our F&B industry support services. In the high-velocity manufacturing landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the precision of quality-control (QC) processes and the reliability of laboratory instrumentation success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex product-knowledge with the commercial precision required for Market-Penetration Architecture, End-to-End Order Stewardship, and Client-Resolution Governance. This role is designed as a "Technical-Consulting Command Center" a critical mission for a science-trained professional who can blend "Scientific Grit" (mastering the complexities of lab equipment specifications) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Sales Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Technical Sovereignty & Market Architecture
Sovereignty of the Lab-Solution: Promote and position specialized laboratory equipment tailored to F&B production needs, acting as the primary "Source of Technical-Sales Throughput."
Market Architecture: Identify and approach potential clients within the beverage/production industry, providing the "Structural Foundation" for aggressive market expansion.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain in-depth knowledge of laboratory instruments relevant to quality control, ensuring the "Source of Consultative-Expertise" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Client Governance & Relationship Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Serve as the primary point of contact for orders, deliveries, and service inquiries, acting as the primary "Source of Customer-Experience Momentum."
Resolution Architecture: Handle and resolve complex client complaints (damaged goods, delivery discrepancies), providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term client retention.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence logs, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Sales Sovereignty: Follow up on leads and drive strategic initiatives, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue-Velocity."
Process Architecture: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales progress and performance, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven strategic adjustments.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Problem-Solving expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Closing" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Team-Productivity Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or any science-related field (Mandatory).
Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in technical sales.
Technical Power: Deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation within the food, beverage, and quality control sectors.
Aptitude: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills; strong problem-solving mindset.
Location: Candidate must reside around Ikeja, Lagos, and its environs.
Mindset: Proactive, commercially aware, and ready to maintain "Technical Sovereignty" in a fast-paced F&B production support environment.
