Job Description:
- We are seeking an exceptional, self‑motivated Field Sales Representative with the grit to break new ground, penetrate tough markets, and deliver measurable sales results in the personal care and cosmetic products category.

Role Overview
- The Field Sales Representative will operate primarily outside the office, engaging customers face‑to‑face across assigned territories. You will be responsible for generating revenue, opening new distribution points, growing market share, and maintaining strong customer relationships
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales meetings with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, salons, pharmacies, and open‑market traders.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and actively sell company personal care and cosmetic products.
- Accurately record all sales activities using handheld devices or approved sales tracking tools.
- Forecast sales and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to supervisors.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to improve product availability and sales performance.
- Participate in sales training, pitch practice, and team‑building sessions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Business‑related fields is an advantage)
- 1–3 years field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Familiarity with local markets and distribution networks is a strong advantage
