We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Field Market Intelligence & Consumer Research Analyst to support our commercial and product strategy through on-ground market visits, competitive intelligence, and consumer testing. You’ll play a hands-on role gathering actionable insights from across key markets to guide internal decisions.
• This role requires frequent field travel (up to 1–2 months at a time), especially across major cities and open markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to track retail execution, competitor activities, and product performance.
• Lead consumer research sessions (interviews, focus groups, testing).
• Monitor pricing trends, packaging comparisons, and promotional activities.
• Compile insights and recommendations in clear reports for marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Build and update dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Maintain strong coordination with field sales and trade marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–4 years in market research, sales analysis, or trade marketing (FMCG preferred).
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven with strong reporting discipline.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently in field locations.
