Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and analytically elite Sales Academy Trainees to anchor the revenue engine of Fidelity Bank’s 2026 cohort. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian banking, success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize customer relationship building with the clinical precision required for Credit Awareness, Negotiation, and Deal Closure. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" aged 26 or younger who can blend "Commercial Grit" (hunting for new business and closing deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate complex financial products and maintain institutional credit standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Age: 26 years or younger.
Education: B.Sc. with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND with Upper Credit.
Certifications: Must have completed the NYSC program and hold 5 SSCE credits (inc. Math & English).
Identity: Valid NIN plus one additional ID (Passport, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License).
