Job Description:

As a Fiber Coordinator, you will act as the operational bridge between office-based management and field-based technical execution. Your primary objective is to maintain network integrity by ensuring field teams are deployed efficiently, supported technically, and held to high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Operational Management: Oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and prioritization of fiber engineering jobs.

• Technical Support: Serve as the first line of remote support for field engineers encountering roadblocks.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor field work to ensure adherence to technical standards and verify that reporting protocols are met.

• Conflict Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for complex complaints from other departments.

• Reporting: Maintain a direct line of communication with the Head of Department (HOD) regarding project status and team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc / HND in Computer engineering/Telecommunications
•  4+ years of technical experience in telecommunication field operations
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Independent problem solver combined with strong team orientation.
• Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in high pressure technical environment.
• Knowledgeable in Cisco routers and switches configuration.
