Job Description:
Are you a professional, organized, and welcoming individual looking to build a career in a fast-growing fashion brand? We are seeking a talented Female Receptionist to serve as the face of our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and staff.
Requirements:
Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling general inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Office & Facilities Coordination: Oversee daily front-office operations, ensuring a neat and organized reception area, and coordinating essential facility services.
Administrative Support: Assist with office scheduling, document management, and coordination of departmental tasks to support efficient business operations.
Client Relations: Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our brand's reputation for excellence in the fashion industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant educational qualification (OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any related field).
Proven experience in a reception, front-desk, or administrative support role is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle high-traffic reception areas effectively.
