Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly competent, intelligent, and trustworthy Female Personal Assistant (PA) on behalf of our client with diverse business interests based in Owerri.
- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive personal and executive support, while also representing the principal in both official and personal capacities. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, initiative, honesty, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official communications.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Representation & Liaison:
- Represent the principal in meetings, events, and official engagements when required.
- Act as a liaison between the principal and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on assignments and ensure timely execution.
- Personal Assistance
- Coordinate personal errands and daily activities.
- Assist with travel planning, bookings, and itineraries.
- Manage household-related coordination where necessary.
- Provide general day-to-day support to enhance the principal’s comfort and productivity.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and communication.
Office & Digital Management:
- Utilize computer systems for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination of tasks using relevant software tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email management, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of intelligence, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
