We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Female Operations Manager with a blend of leadership, style, and customer service excellence to oversee and elevate our clubhouse operations.
• The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of clubhouse operations, from floor supervision to customer service, sales performance, and entertainment alignment.
• She will work closely with Client Service Managers, Floor Managers, Bottle Service Managers, DJs, and Security to ensure that every night delivers excellence and that business goals are achieved.
• This role requires a female leader with good appearance, a customer service-driven mindset, and strong exposure to entertainment and lifestyle culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clubhouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
• Supervise floor teams including hostesses, maidens, bottle service staff, and floor supervisors.
• Monitor customer service quality, ensuring VIP and regular guests receive premium attention.
• Work closely with DJs, Hypemen, and entertainment teams to align operational flow with performances, glorification moments, and themed nights.
• Collaborate with Sales Coordinators to drive upselling, bottle service, and premium guest experiences.
• Manage staffing schedules, team alignment, and performance monitoring for all operational units.
• Ensure staff adhere to grooming, appearance, and behavior standards that match clubhouse image.
• Handle real-time problem-solving on the floor (customer complaints, service delays, or technical issues).
• Track and report daily sales, service performance, and operational highlights to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational policies.
• Coordinate with Security and Facility teams to guarantee guest safety and comfort.
• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high morale, discipline, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or nightclub/lounge operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer service centric, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and stylish — good appearance is essential.
• Exposure to entertainment and lifestyle environments (luxury restaurants, lounges, clubs, events) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy nightlife operations.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and festive periods.
