Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and technically elite Feed Mill Supervisors to anchor our production engine in Igbariam, Anambra State. In a modern, fast-scaling agribusiness, success is defined by "Nutritional Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume feed manufacturing with the clinical precision required for formula accuracy, quality control, and machinery resilience. This role is designed for a "Production Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Industrial Grit" (managing the mill floor and equipment) with the "Technical Agility" required to oversee end-to-end production cycles and ensure absolute workplace safety.

Requirements:

1. Production Orchestration & Process Governance

• Output Sovereignty: Oversee end-to-end feed production processes, ensuring every batch acts as a "Source of Optimal Nutrition" for the farm’s livestock.

• Workflow Architecture: Optimize production schedules to meet "High-Fidelity" demand, ensuring "Zero-Friction" transitions between different feed types and formulations.

• Efficiency Logic: Implement and enforce rigorous production standards to maximize throughput while maintaining millimetric accuracy in ingredient mixing.

2. Quality Resilience & Mechanical Logic

• Quality Sovereignty: Enforce strict quality control protocols at every stage of the mill cycle, acting as the primary "Source of Integrity" for finished feed products.

• Maintenance Stewardship: Oversee the routine maintenance and proper use of mill machinery (grinders, mixers, pelletizers), ensuring the "Source of Power" remains functional and efficient.

• Technical Reconnaissance: Identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks or system anomalies with professional speed to minimize production downtime.

3. Safety Sovereignty & Operational Grit

• Workplace Governance: Implement and enforce elite health and safety standards across the mill, ensuring a "Zero-Incident" environment for all staff.

• Resource Stewardship: Monitor raw material inventory and energy consumption with clinical attention to detail, assisting in cost-control measures to improve "Economic Velocity."

• Documentation Power: Maintain high-fidelity production logs, maintenance records, and safety reports, providing management with "Intelligence-Driven" insights into mill performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in feed mill operations or industrial production management.

• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of feed mill machinery, formulation logic, and workplace safety standards.
