Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Factory Operations Manager to anchor the production engine of our chemical manufacturing plant. In a specialized process-driven landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the batch cycle and the precision of the safety protocol success is defined by "Industrial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume production with the clinical precision required for Yield Optimization, TPM, and HSE Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with 8–10 years of experience (at least 5 in senior leadership) who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering OEE, industrial automation, and predictive maintenance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement Lean and Six Sigma frameworks.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Production Governance

• Plant Sovereignty: Lead daily operations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Yield Efficiency and Target Achievement."

• Systemic Architecture: Oversee batch manufacturing systems to maximize throughput and minimize losses, providing the "Structural Foundation" for capacity utilization.

• Integrity Stewardship: Enforce strict compliance with HSE and regulatory authorities, ensuring the "Source of Industrial Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Optimization Sovereignty: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, acting as the primary "Source of Continuous Improvement."

• Reliability Architecture: Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machinery and utilities, providing the "Functional Foundation" for minimized equipment failure.

• Cost Stewardship: Control operational costs and manage plant budgets effectively, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Discipline."

3. Operational Integrity & Workforce Power

• Leadership Sovereignty: Lead and develop cross-functional plant teams, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Accountability."

• Supply Architecture: Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure raw material availability, providing the "Relational Foundation" for uninterrupted production.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 8–10 years of process manufacturing experience to accelerate the "Insight-to-Action" cycle for performance metrics, maximizing the "Source of Factory Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. An MBA is a significant advantage.

• Experience: 8 – 10 years in chemical or process manufacturing (5 years in senior leadership).

• Domain Mastery: Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and industrial automation.

• Industry Focus: Proven track record in the Chemical or Construction manufacturing sectors.
