Job Description:
- Building & Ground Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify issues requiring attention or improvement.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and schedule repairs, installations, and planned maintenance for equipment, elevators, generators, and general building systems.
- Send daily report to Head of Operations. Oversee other staff members e.gjanitors, security guards & gardeners.
- Ensure that the facility is running smoothly on daily basis.
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
- Must be a qualified electrician or plumber with proven experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance role.
