We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Budget Management: Developing and managing facility budgets, including preventative maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
• Contractor Management: Overseeing and coordinating with external contractors for specialized services like cleaning, landscaping, and security.
• Compliance: Ensuring the facility complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to long-term facility planning, including energy efficiency, sustainability, and future needs.
• People Management: Supervising facility staff, delegating tasks, and providing training.
• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with building occupants, management, and other stakeholders.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related activities.
• Sustainability: Implementing and promoting sustainable practices within the facility.
• Facility Operations: Managing building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Safety and Security: Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, security measures, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.
• Must have a good experence in real estate.
