Job Description:
Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient workplace.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, including utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance teams to ensure service quality.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
Coordinate space planning, office relocations, and refurbishment projects as needed.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, OSHA) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a related role.
