Job Description:

We are seeking a technically elite, process-obsessed, and crisis-ready Operational Governor to anchor the infrastructure immune system of our mainland restaurant network. In the high-velocity world of multi-outlet food service where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of kitchen systems (HVAC/refrigeration/electrical) and the precision of the hygiene-filter success is defined by "Facility Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex maintenance schedules with the clinical precision required for Infrastructure-Governance, Vendor-Architecture Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Continuity Momentum. This role is designed as a "Multi-Outlet Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious facility leader who can blend "Operational Grit" (mastering the complexities of emergency response and system reliability) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Asset Management.

Requirements:

1. Facility Sovereignty & Infrastructure Architecture

• Sovereignty of Operations: Oversee all facility-related operations (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC) across multiple outlets, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Uptime Throughput."

• Continuity Architecture: Develop/implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless food-service delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Conduct routine safety/risk assessments, ensuring the "Source of Facility-Compliance Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Vendor Intelligence

• Vendor Sovereignty: Source and negotiate contracts with service providers, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Effectiveness Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Manage the facility-maintenance budget for all outlets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate financial and asset-utilization planning.

• Collaboration Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, maintaining the "Source of Crisis-Resolution."

3. Operational Fidelity & Crisis Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor vendor performance and asset inventories, acting as the primary "Source of Operational-Performance Insight."

• Execution Architecture: Lead the response to facility emergencies (outages/leaks), providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational resilience.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical-Aptitude to train staff on safety/emergency protocols, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Crisis Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in facility management, preferably in food production, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations.

• Technical Power: Mastery of MEP systems (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC), vendor management protocols, and facility-reporting tools (Excel).

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and emergency-response capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand, shift-based environment.

• Mindset: Disciplined, proactive, and ready to maintain "Facility Sovereignty" as the primary guardian of our restaurant infrastructure.
