We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven External Auditor to manage and direct diverse audit engagements across both private and public sector clients. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services that strictly adhere to international standards and internal firm policies.

Requirements:

• Audit Leadership: Lead audit assignments in direct collaboration with Managing Partners, overseeing engagements to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Business Development: Assist in drafting professional proposals and actively contribute to securing new business opportunities.

• Performance Excellence: Achieve established revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service quality and rigorous adherence to international auditing standards.

• Team Development: Provide mentorship and technical training to subordinates, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Strategic Support: Collaborate across units to support organizational goals, including audit planning, report generation, and integrated marketing/communication efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional Certification: Current membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or a comparable professional body.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, with a verified history of managing complex audits in both private and public sectors.

• Client Management: A proven track record of managing at least 7 Category A clients for two consecutive years.
