We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage all export operations within our company.
  • The role involves ensuring efficient shipment processing, smooth coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining high service levels for clients.

Key Responsibilites

  • Manage and coordinate all export shipments, ensuring smooth operations from booking to final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage documentation processes (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clearing officers, shipping lines, and transporters for seamless cargo movement.
  • Provide clients with timely shipment updates and maintain excellent service levels.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and logistics partners.
  • Analyse export performance and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in export/logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade laws.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
