Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Restaurant Manager to lead our operations in Agidingbi. This role is designed for a QSR professional with a "bottom-line" mindset and a passion for operational excellence. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of restaurant management from driving sales growth and managing P&L to fostering team development and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who has already proven their ability to scale operations in a top-tier QSR environment and possesses the financial discipline to manage tight controls.

Requirements:

Operations & Financial Control

  • P&L Management: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s Profit and Loss statement; identify trends, manage costs, and implement strategies to drive profitability.

  • Financial Planning: Execute rigorous financial controls, including inventory management, waste reduction, and cash handling protocols.

  • Process Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with global QSR standards for speed, quality, and hygiene.

Sales Building & Customer Service

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute local store marketing initiatives to build sales and increase customer footfall.

  • Customer Experience: Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring that every guest receives a fast, professional, and pleasant experience.

  • Feedback Management: Proactively address customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain the brand’s reputation.

People Development & Leadership

  • Team Training: Lead and mentor a high-energy team, focusing on skill development, cross-training, and career progression.

  • Performance Tracking: Set clear KPIs for staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure a high standard of productivity.

  • Culture Building: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that reduces staff turnover and encourages high performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • First Degree, HND, or OND.

    • Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division / Lower Credit (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on managerial experience in a top-tier Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).

    • Trackable achievements in Operations, P&L management, and Sales Building.
