Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our business development efforts in the HMO sector across Lagos and the South-Western region. You will be the primary driver of our revenue growth, tasked with sourcing high-value clients across key sectors including FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceuticals while analyzing market trends to sharpen our competitive edge. Requirements:

• Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively source and secure high-value corporate clients in sectors such as FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceuticals, ensuring significant volume and profitability.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

• Regional Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market penetration and expansion throughout Lagos and its environs.

• Performance Management: Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales, revenue, and growth targets for Lagos and the South-Western region.

• Account Stewardship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client retention and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.A., B.Sc., or HND in a Social Science discipline or a related medical discipline.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience specifically within the HMO industry.
