Job Description:

Are you an organized, proactive professional looking to serve as the right hand to a growing business founder? We are hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of two dynamic businesses in the education consulting and EdTech sectors.

In this role, you will be more than an assistant; you will be an operational partner. You will streamline business operations, manage project lifecycles, and play a pivotal role in scaling our personal brand through strategic content creation and grant research. We are looking for a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of ambitious projects.

Requirements:

  • Executive Operations & Project Management: Manage complex calendars, track KPIs, oversee project management dashboards, and ensure team accountability across two businesses.

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Support the Founder’s personal brand by researching content trends, drafting newsletters and blog posts, and managing social media scheduling across LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Grant Management: Conduct end-to-end grant research, compile proposal documentation, and monitor submission pipelines and deadlines.

  • Creative Support: Utilize Canva for design work and perform basic video editing for reels and long-form video content.

  • Business Research: Conduct deep-dive market research, competitor analysis, lead generation, and vendor sourcing to support strategic business expansion.

  • AI & Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate repetitive tasks and improve business workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

  • Tooling: Experience with CRM systems, project management platforms, and Zoho is highly preferred.

  • AI Literacy: Ability to use AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to increase operational efficiency.

  • Execution: Proven ability to work independently, anticipate founder needs, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in content writing, copywriting, or email marketing.

  • Experience with social media management tools.

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
