Job Description:

Are you an ambitious, high-performing professional looking to fast-track your career in strategy, finance, and governance? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Office Analyst to join our team in a dynamic, apprenticeship-style role that bridges the gap between operational excellence and strategic leadership.

Working directly with our CEO, you will serve as a "force multiplier," providing critical support on consulting assignments, investment projects, and board-level initiatives.

Requirements:

Strategic Analysis & Research (40%)

  • Conduct deep-dive research into emerging markets, sectors, and regulatory landscapes.

  • Draft impactful executive summaries, briefing notes, and research reports.

  • Identify and track funding opportunities, grants, and partnership pipelines.

  • Synthesize complex data to deliver actionable insights for consulting projects.

Executive Office Management (25%)

  • Manage the CEO’s strategic calendar and prioritize mission-critical tasks.

  • Draft high-level correspondence and professional executive communications.

  • Oversee digital filing and project documentation with absolute confidentiality.

Project Coordination (20%)

  • Monitor project milestones, maintain workplans, and ensure timely deliverables.

  • Coordinate seamless follow-ups with clients, partners, and independent consultants.

  • Provide vital support for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and stakeholder reporting.

Presentation & Communication Support (15%)

  • Create design-forward, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.

  • Produce thought leadership content and high-quality briefing materials.

  • Support event planning and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Minimum Second Class Upper / 2:1) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.

  • Experience: 0–2 years post-NYSC experience. Previous internship experience in professional services is highly advantageous.

  • Essential Skills: Impeccable written and spoken English, advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and sharp analytical capabilities.

  • Highly Desirable: Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude), basic proposal writing skills, and Canva proficiency.

  • Attributes: Resourceful, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and capable of handling sensitive data with discretion.
