As we continue our growth and transformation journey, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director.
Job Description:
- The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for the Managing Director's office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, seamless stakeholder management, and effective execution of strategic priorities.
- This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
- Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on business and industry matters.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
- Manage executive-level relationships with regulators, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Law, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, ICSAN, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation development and report-writing skills.
