Job Description:

Are you a world-class Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting C-suite leaders at top-tier firms? A fast-growing digital health and AI-enabled organization is seeking an exceptional, high-caliber Executive Assistant to the Founders. This is not a traditional administrative role; we are looking for a strategic partner who possesses the judgment, ownership, and precision found in leading global consulting firms (such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or high-growth technology companies.

In this mission-critical position, you will act as the right hand to our Founders, ensuring their time, focus, and strategic execution are perfectly aligned with our organizational goals. You will operate in a complex, multi-geography environment, requiring you to anticipate needs, communicate with elite-level clarity, and maintain absolute confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Executive Support & Time Leadership: Masterfully manage complex global calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and ensure the Founders are briefed and prepared for every engagement.

  • Communications & Stakeholder Liaison: Draft high-impact emails, memos, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.

  • Operational Excellence: Build and refine systems to optimize Founder workflows, including document management, travel logistics, and project tracking.

  • Strategic Partnership: Conduct high-level research, synthesize complex information into actionable briefing notes, and support the preparation for board, investor, and donor meetings.

  • Representation: Serve as a representative of the Founders’ values, maintaining professionalism, maturity, and discretion in every interaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 5–8+ years of high-level support for C-suite executives or senior partners in top-tier consulting, investment, or high-growth tech firms.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to produce crisp, professional briefs.

  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms.

  • Core Competencies: Unmatched organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under intense pressure.

  • Assets: Experience working with globally distributed teams and a background in digital health or technology are highly preferred.
