Job Description:

Pika is seeking a highly professional, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO. As we continue to scale, this role is critical to our success; you will act as a "force multiplier," managing the complexities of our CEO's professional and personal life to ensure they remain focused on the company’s highest-impact growth opportunities. If you are an organized leader who thrives on accountability, structure, and high-level project management, this role offers a front-row seat to the building of a fast-growing technology company.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Time Management: Own the CEO’s calendar and prioritization, ensuring every meeting is purposeful and backed by thorough preparation.

  • Operational Accountability: Track and drive follow-through on critical commitments, meeting decisions, and strategic action items across all company functions.

  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and internal team members.

  • Business & Strategy Support: Prepare high-level presentations, briefing notes, and reports for board meetings and strategic planning sessions.

  • Personal & Family Logistics: Provide seamless support for personal administration, household logistics, and service providers, ensuring a balanced, distraction-free environment for the CEO.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate roadblocks and surface risks early. You are the ultimate fixer, identifying bottlenecks before they become obstacles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience supporting founders, C-suite executives, or leadership teams in a high-growth environment.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
