2. Executive Orchestration & Calendar Mastery

  • Priority Architecture: Design and manage the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, ensuring time is allocated to high-impact strategic activities while minimizing administrative friction.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, government regulators, and international partners.

  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, ensuring the CEO’s voice is represented with professional precision and clarity.

3. Operational Integrity & Confidentiality

  • Information Stewardship: Manage sensitive and confidential company data with absolute discretion, maintaining the highest ethical standards of the executive office.

  • Meeting Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for executive and board meetings, from agenda setting and documentation to minute-taking and action-item tracking.

  • Crisis Management Support: Provide rapid-response administrative support during sector-specific emergencies or high-pressure business cycles.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant, with current experience supporting a CEO or Managing Director.

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Data Analysis, Research methodologies, Project Management, and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Location: Candidates must reside within Lagos Mainland for proximity and operational responsiveness.

Core Competencies
