Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our senior management team in Abuja. This is a vital role for an individual who thrives on facilitating success behind the scenes anticipating the needs of leadership, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and ensure that leadership’s time is focused on key organizational priorities.

  • Operational Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Correspondence & Communication: Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact; draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior management.

  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring all arrangements are efficient and cost-effective.

  • Records Management: Maintain highly confidential records and sensitive documentation with total integrity and confidentiality.

  • Daily Operations: Serve as an administrative bridge between departments to ensure efficient communication and consistent execution of management directives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Professionalism: Proven experience in an executive support role, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain total confidentiality.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦250,000/month
