Job Description:
Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including major IOCs, NOCs, and service companies in Nigeria.
Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and growth initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell additional products and services.
Negotiate and close complex contracts, agreements, and tender submissions.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and service delivery teams to meet client requirements.
Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights to shape business strategy.
Monitor account performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers in IOCs, NOCs, and oilfield service providers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar accounts and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of upstream oil & gas operations, tendering, and contracting processes.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel frequently within Nigeria and internationally when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in the oil & gas industry.
