Your mission is to ensure that every booking—from corporate seminars to grand weddings—is executed with zero friction. You will be the primary engine driving the day-to-day activities of the centre, serving as the bridge between client dreams and operational reality. If you have the "Operational Grit" to manage a facility and the "Service Flair" to delight our customers, we want you to manage our premier space.
Requirements:
1. Day-to-Day Venue Governance
Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end daily activities of the centre, ensuring the facility is always event-ready, clean, and secure.
Staff Coordination: Supervise onsite support teams (security, cleaning, and technical) to ensure they align with our high standards of service.
Facility Maintenance: Monitor the physical state of the venue, ensuring all amenities (AC, lighting, sound, and restrooms) are in peak working condition before every event.
2. Customer Success & Demand Management
Client Consultation: Meet with prospective customers to understand their event requirements, offering tailored solutions that fit their budget and vision.
Demand Fulfillment: Ensure the centre can scale its resources to meet diverse demands, whether it’s a high-capacity banquet or a minimalist corporate meeting.
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
3. Financial & Administrative Control
Booking Management: Maintain an airtight events calendar to prevent double-bookings and ensure optimal venue utilization.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding revenue, booking trends, and customer feedback.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to state safety regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or event management sector.
Location: Must be based in Lagos and comfortable with onsite work.
Core Competencies
Customer Focus: Exceptional ability to anticipate and meet client needs under pressure.
Organizational Skill: High proficiency in managing schedules, vendors, and facility logistics simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve onsite issues (technical or logistical) instantly during live events.
