Job Description:

• The position involves property valuation, management, sales, and advisory services with professionalism and compliance to industry standards.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuation for sales, leasing, and investment.
• Manage, market, and supervise residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, and market research.
• Advise clients on property investment and portfolio management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, property owners, and government agencies.
• Identify and secure new property opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in property valuation/management/real estate consultancy.
• Good knowledge of property laws, valuation principles, and estate management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Membership of NIESV & registration with ESVARBON (or in progress) is an added advantage.
