  • Repair Stewardship: Manage different technical teams with clinical focus to ensure correct repairs are performed, maintaining the "Source of Mechanical Integrity."

2. Resource Resilience & Inventory Logic

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Carry out and monthly update the list of tools and spares, ensuring the database remains a "Source of Truth" for line management.

  • Asset Architecture: Reduce tool consumption and ensure all equipment is in prime condition for use, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Efficiency."

  • Safety Stewardship: Improve safety in operations and apply company safety rules with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Safety Records" is consistently improved.

3. Human Capital Integrity & Professional Power

  • Spirit Sovereignty: Contribute to developing team spirit and technical knowledge, acting as the "Source of Collective Excellence" at the Escravos base.

  • Development Architecture: Implement competence development plans for the technical team, utilizing 5 years of marine engineering experience to optimize the "Source of Skill Transfer."

  • HSE Logic: Promote and enforce HSE rules across all maintenance activities, providing the "Source of Risk Mitigation" for on-board and base-side operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
