We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A reputable Foundation is seeking passionate and experienced Coordinators to oversee its operations across different regions in Nigeria.
• This role is ideal for individuals committed to community service, impact, and driving positive change.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Foundation operations in assigned zones.
• Conduct monthly home visits to beneficiaries (widows, orphans, and children of widows).
• Visit schools for scholarship beneficiaries and conduct quarterly educational assessments.
• Monitor businesses supported through loans/empowerment and ensure repayment plans are functional.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports (program, financial, newsletters).
• Facilitate training sessions and meetings for beneficiaries.
• Coordinate the timely collection and submission of school bills and expenditures with proper documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of all Foundation programs within the zone.

Requirements:

• OND / HND / BSc / BA in Social Sciences, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical NGO work experience.

Regions Available:

• Southeast: Imo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu
• South-South: Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo
• North Central: Abuja, Nasarawa, Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Plateau
• Northwest: Kaduna, Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara
• Northeast: Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe, Yobe, Borno, Bauchi

Compensation and Benefits

• ₦125,000 net monthly salary.
• Transport allowance and accommodation allowance when travelling to other states for assignments.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Medical insurance coverage.
