We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Manage and track all accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Audit financial documents and transactions to verify compliance and resolve discrepancies.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.

• Prepare and file statutory remittances including Tax, VAT, PAYE, and Pension.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Maintain and update balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for management review.

• Monitor and manage inventory accounts, ensuring alignment between financial records and physical stock.

• Provide insights and recommendations on the company’s financial health and performance.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an accounting role.

• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, principles, and procedures.

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must reside within Okota, Ago, Isolo, or nearby areas in Lagos State.
