Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of our technology solutions across the Nigerian financial services and insurance sectors. This is a sophisticated sales role requiring a professional who understands the complexities of high-stakes, long-cycle B2B transactions. You will be responsible for navigating dense organizational structures, managing multi-stakeholder interests, and converting technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) into high-value commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate is a strategic closer who excels at consultative selling and has a verifiable history of exceeding quotas within the Nigerian corporate ecosystem.

Requirements:

Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurance firms, and financial institutions in Nigeria.

  • Deal Orchestration: Lead complex sales cycles lasting 3 to 12 months, managing every stage from initial discovery and technical validation to final procurement and legal sign-off.

  • Commercial Conversion: Expertly manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring they meet the technical success criteria required to trigger a full-scale commercial commitment.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • C-Suite Engagement: Navigate and influence key decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation.

  • Strategic Negotiation: Craft and negotiate complex enterprise contracts, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining long-term partnership value.

  • Collaborative Selling: Partner with internal Solution Architects and Product teams to align our technical capabilities with the specific pain points of Nigerian enterprise clients.

Market Strategy & Performance

  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets and expansion goals.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of regulatory changes within the CBN and NAICOM frameworks that may impact technology adoption in the sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a documented history of consistent quota attainment.

    • Direct experience selling SaaS or Enterprise Technology is highly preferred.

    • Proven track record of closing deals within the Nigerian Financial Services (FSI) or Insurance sectors.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrable experience running full enterprise cycles and managing technical pilots to successful commercial outcomes.

  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss cloud architecture, APIs, and security protocols comfortably with technical stakeholders.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.

  • Location: Based in Nigeria with the mobility to engage clients in person as required.
