Job Description:
Air Peace is seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Senior Sales Analyst to lead the optimization of our digital revenue streams. As the airline continues to expand its global footprint, our website and mobile app are the primary engines of growth. You will be responsible for deconstructing complex digital datasets to improve conversion rates, forecast online revenue, and drive the success of our Frequent Flyer Program (FFP). We are looking for an analyst who doesn't just report numbers but uncovers the "why" behind booking trends to influence our digital strategy.
Requirements:
1. Digital Revenue Intelligence & Optimization
Channel Monitoring: Analyze sales performance across the website, mobile app, and third-party APIs to track conversion rates, traffic quality, and average booking value.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify friction points in the digital booking funnel and recommend UI/UX or promotional adjustments to maximize "look-to-book" ratios.
Performance Forecasting: Assist in forecasting e-commerce revenue by applying trend analysis and seasonality modeling.
2. Loyalty & Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) Analytics
Member Engagement: Track and analyze FFP accruals, redemptions, and churn rates to ensure the program remains a driver of repeat business.
Targeted Campaigns: Provide data segments for personalized loyalty promotions, ensuring that high-value members receive relevant offers.
Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy of the FFP database, ensuring compliance with program policies and data protection standards.
3. Advanced Reporting & Data Visualization
Dashboards: Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time visibility into digital KPIs.
Actionable Insights: Produce a minimum of five high-impact insights per quarter that lead to measurable improvements in online revenue or member engagement.
Stakeholder Sync: Provide the analytical backbone for the Marketing, IT, and Revenue Management teams during the rollout of new digital products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Technical Skills
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or Aviation Management.
Software Stack: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel (VBA/Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau.
Systems Knowledge: Strong familiarity with GDS/CRS systems and airline e-commerce platforms.
Experience & Competencies
Professional History: 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing analytics, preferably within the travel or aviation sector.
Loyalty Expertise: Prior experience analyzing Frequent Flyer Programs or similar tiered loyalty schemes is a significant advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into "layman’s terms" for executive decision-making.
