Job Description:

• Manage and optimize online sales channels, including Shopify, Jumia, Konga, and other Nigerian e-commerce platforms to maximize revenue growth

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and digital initiatives to boost online sales performance

• Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content uploads for improved search rankings

• Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce and customer data to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements

• Support system integrations, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with IT teams and external partners for seamless operations

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of e-commerce systems

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications, tools, and digital solutions that support business objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, and operations) to deliver technical, business, and user-focused solutions

• Manage multiple e-commerce projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely execution within budget and defined quality standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in APIs, Webhooks, Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL.
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
• Familiarity with Jumia Vendor/Seller Central.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce (preferred).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications.
