Job Description:

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and complaints

• Process and fulfil online orders
• Maintain accurate records of online order transactions
• Coordinate with the records of transactions and logistics for timely
• Provide logistics for timely, excellent customer deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
