Job Description:

The Driller (DL/BESL certified) with cyber experience is responsible for operating and controlling drilling equipment from a cyber drilling control cabin, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective drilling operations. The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and strict adherence to company safety standards, BESL requirements, and international drilling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor drilling systems via cyber control panels, ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations.

• Supervise and coordinate the rig crew during drilling, tripping, casing, and well-control operations.

• Ensure compliance with BESL/CO certification standards, company drilling procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain full operational control of hoisting, circulating, rotary, and well control equipment.

• Detect abnormal drilling conditions and take immediate corrective actions to prevent incidents.

• Ensure well control practices are strictly followed and participate in well control drills.

• Maintain accurate drilling records, reports, and equipment status logs.

• Train, coach, and mentor assistant drillers and crew members on safe operations and cyber rig systems.

• Communicate effectively with Toolpusher, Company Man, and other stakeholders during operations.

• Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Qualifications and Skills:
