Job Description:
We are seeking high-potential, intellectually elite Management Trainees to anchor the future leadership and operational engine of our Ikeja-based media and production ecosystem. In a high-velocity media landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the production-cycle and the precision of the project-filter success is defined by "Leadership Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex administrative tasks with the clinical precision required for Project Execution, Relationship Management, and Analytical Reporting. This role is designed as a "Leadership Launchpad" an intensive apprenticeship for an ambitious professional who can blend "Managerial Grit" (mastering cross-functional collaboration) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Media Projects.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Operational Governance

Problem-Solving Architecture: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for process optimization.
Creative Stewardship: Contribute creative ideas to media projects, maintaining the "Source of Project Innovation."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. Degree / HND in any field.
Age: Maximum 28 years.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Aptitude: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to think analytically in fast-paced environments.
Mindset: Proactive, creative, and highly adaptable to the demands of the media and production industry.
