Job Description:

• The DFC Graduate Trainee Program is designed to identify, train, and equip young, talented professionals with the skills, knowledge, and experience required for a successful career in real estate practice.
• The program features structured training, job rotations across key business areas, and special project assignments.
• The goal is to instill the firm’s values, ensure fundamental industry understanding, and develop the requisite technical and soft skills needed to deliver exceptional service and accelerate career growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Possess a minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from an accredited university.
• NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Age Limit: Not more than 27 years old at the time of application.
• Experience: Have no more than 2 years post-NYSC work experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and shared work platforms.
• Community: Able to provide evidence of extracurricular, volunteer, and other community-building activities
