DISPATCH RIDER AT HEC RECRUIT

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Transporting items to and from specified locations while adhering to delivery schedules
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of medical supplies, samples, and documents to healthcare facilities and clients
• Maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Conducting regular maintenance checks on motorcycles to ensure safety and functionality
• Providing excellent customer service and interacting with clients
• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
• Valid Rider's License: A valid motorcycle riding license or rider's permit/card is essential
• Experience: Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is an advantage, with some employers requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of Local Roads: Strong familiarity with Lagos road networks, particularly in Lekki and surrounding areas
• Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Customer Service: Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
